We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were helpful and always had a smile on their faces. They even gave us sweet presents when we checked out. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of sweet and savory choices. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to two metro stations, making it easy to get into the city center. the hotel is located in a quiet area, a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cleanliness of the room was also really good, with fresh towels provided every day. We called reception for an extra blanket and it arrived within 5 minutes. The festive atmosphere created by the beautiful Christmas tree at the entrance was a lovely touch.
Nothing could have been better.
